Actress Jessy Mendiola, known as Jessy Mendiola Tawile in real life, played the role of Maria Mercedes Alegre in the remake of the 1995 Mexican telenovela “Maria Mercedes”. Her last showbiz project was the recently concluded soap, “You’re My Home.”
Jessy gave her fans a glimpse of her swimming skills. She showed how to swim like a mermaid.
In the video, many of her followers lauded her graceful moves. She was even called “Jessybel,” which is derived from the Dyesebel, the popular mermaid character.
According to Jessy, she is willing to audition for the role of Darna, a Filipino superhero which was initially offered to Angel Locsin.
