TV5 sent their statement to PEP(Philippine Entertainment Portal) about the 30-second video of Manny Pacquiao.

The 30-second video clip gone viral after it was uploaded in the Bilang Pilipino Facebook page.
The eight-time world boxing champion Manny Pacquiao draws storm of criticism after his derogatory remarks about describing gay couples as "worse than animals."
According to TV5, "The video that was posted online was not spliced but minimally edited in good faith and with reasonable care.
There was no intention to change the context or misrepresent the essence of Mr. Pacquiao’s statements."
However, the late KBP(Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas) National President Mario Garcia criticized the "spliced" video.
TV5 clarifies that they gave the full raw video to Manny Pacquiao's camp after Pacquiao issued his apology in social media.
Manny Pacquiao's controversial interview was also aired on the primetime newscast Aksyon last February 16, 2016.
