According to "Today" Brittany's 24-year old boyfriend Cameron Humfleet planned an adorable proposal. He had it all planned out, complete with a surprise party for Brittany, during their one year anniversary of dating. This party was held at Levi Jackson State Park gathering of the two families and friends, everyone eagerly awaited for the proposal to happen.
Camera let the blindfolded Brittany to the barn where their families were waiting to surprise her. Overcome with excitement of the party and the proposal, Brittany fainted right straight backward, but unfortunately not injuring herself.
The poor guy had no idea he would have to wait so long to get answer to his marriage proposal, but 15 minutes later, Brittany was back on her feet and happily saying yes to camera.
Brittany told "Today", "when a first saw the video, I was a little embarrased. I wasn't expecting that to happen... I was pretty much still in shock from the initial reaction of everyone being there,
and when 2 took the blindfold off, I dont remember much after that."
She wrote on YouTube: "My wonderful fiance, Cameron (who also made the video, but it was filmed by Jeff), had a blindfold on me from the time we left our house until we got to a state park a few minutes away. I had no idea what was going on because it was a “surprise birthday party”, but it was actually our one year anniversary of dating. He then proposed to me and I fainted. Why? I have no idea, but I felt like an idiot. Lol"
In addition to a beautiful sing and new husband, the 2011 video earned Brittany and Cameron a trip to meet Anderson Cooper and appear on his talk show, and nearly 1.9 million views on YouTube.
