The fifth season of Pilipinas Got Talent has finally opened. The said talent show has now open to feature Filipinos who are willing to showcase their talent to the whole world.
Billy Crawford and Luis were once again asked to host the talent show, while Vice Ganda, Robin Padilla, Freddie M. Garcia and Angel Locsin were the ones to judge every performance.
One of the most remarkable contestants in the audition is the magician from Pasig City named Geffrey Delos Reyes. He managed to win over the judges of "Pilipinas Got Talent" with a mix of talent and charm.
On the first day of the auditions of this magician, he was able to prank the comedian Vice Ganda. His tricks involved making a bunch of small red balls appear out of nowhere, as well as one that almost made judge Vice Ganda jump out of his seat.
To conclude his audition, Delos Reyes tricked the comedian into thinking that he had placed an egg inside a can. However, when Vice Ganda opened it, something completely different popped out much to his surprise.
The magician was able to impress the judges for such performance he offered them.
Co-judge and actress Angel Locsin told the magician, "Hindi ko alam kung pinagtritripan mo lang kami talaga pero ang galing mo".
Freddie Garcia, who is also part of the judging panel along with actor Robin Padilla, lauded Delos Reyes for his low-key yet impressive skit.
Robin Padilla, who was the first to give the magician a nod of approval for his audition added:
"Kuhang-kuha mo lahat kami pati ang crowd kaya yes ako."
People claim that this is indeed a good start for the first day of the talent competition.
