Creepy Moving Chair Seen By A Barangay Tanod On CCTV Footage

Creepy Moving Chair Seen By A Barangay Tanod On CCTV Footage

This video that goes viral online is truly horrifying and unbelievable. A Barangay Tanod was securing the barangay hall and was reviewing all the CCTV footage when he saw a chair rotating and moving twice.

The uploader of the video said that the Barangay Hall has been used as a funeral wake and that is why many people believe that this video is real.

The one who witnessed the moving chair is "Kuya Pusong", the Barangay Tanod who is in charge to secure the Barangay Hall of Barangay 547. The footage was taken on 11:43 pm October 19, 2015.

The Barangay Tanod got even scared because he was alone in the room. As you can see at the video, at first he thought that there was someone pranking him that is why he kept turning around to see if there is someone in the room. He then hurriedly get the chair to arranged it with the other chairs. When he was about to leave the area, he forgot some of his things that is why he take his things and get outside the room as quickly as he can.

However, people claim that this maybe just another prank to make others afraid.

I apologize for the noisy background that is not a part of the video itself, because this was taken through a cp from the TV monitor that is seen in the video. I would suggest to watch this video without its sound because we all know that majority of CCTV's dont have mic. This Tanod named Kuya Pusong has witnessed this chair moving while he was in charge to secure the Barangay Hall of Barangay 547. This CCTV footage is around 11:43 pm October 19, 2015 and it shows that the chair moved twice. The earthquake happened around 9:50 pm and you will see in the video that the other objects didn't move. For your information this barangay hall is being used for wakes for how many years.I got this video from my neighbor Emman Reyes who took the video from the TV Monitor of the Barangay and I decided to upload it with his permission.
