A 3-year daughter passed away after she was abused by Marlon Estefanio, a live-in partner of her paralyzed mother named Catherine Lima of Barangay Lugsad, Camarines Sur.
According to medico-legal, the child had a fracture in her head and full of wounds. She was found dead by social workers and members of Calabanga police and had died in Bicol Medical Center.
Meanwhile, another 5-months old baby of Catherine to her live-in partner had also died due to malnutrition, according to post-mortem exam.
The two children were already buried and Marlon was already in jail in Tinangis Penal Farm.
Catherine is now alone. Her family cannot be located in Nabua, Camarines Sur.
