A video of a female traffic enforcer who was bumped and dragged by a motorcycle driver has emerged. The incident happened in Cainta, Rizal and was submitted to GMA News by YouScooper “Agnes.”
The female traffic enforcer blocked and tried to stop a couple riding a motorcycle after committing a violation. But instead of stopping, the motorcycle driver tried to avoid the citation being issued by the female traffic enforcer. He ignored the enforcer and drove off, dragging the female enforcer a few feet on the asphalt road.
As the motorcycle was driving off, a bicycle rider come to the rescue. The unidentified bicycle rider ran after the motorcycle through heavy traffic leaving his bicycle. With the help of some employees of nearby gasoline station, the motorcycle rider was able to stop.
