Using a mobile phone nowadays became a necessity in our lives for it makes our lives easier. Let’s admit, we could no longer survive a long time without our smart phones as we use it for everything we need. However, we forgot that mobile phones are also a deadly device when not in use properly or it can also a distraction like in driving wheels.
A Chinese girl had learned her lesson on the perils of texting while walking when she was being stuck on a drainage cover for hours, after her leg slipped inside as she was not paying attention. The girl admitted that she was busy texting and did not notice the storm drain.
The commotion caught the attention of the crowd who tried to help the girl but the bars were so sturdy and her leg was tightly squeezed in between. The bystanders called the fire station and after 45 minutes, the firemen arrived and helped the girl removed her leg. The girl was not seriously injured but she did have a lot of bruises after the ordeal.
