Many Filipinos often attend driving schools to learn the proper way of driving. It is a formal class that prepares an individual to be a driver. It is an education for them to easily get their driver's license. Some drivers didn't attend this classes because they are already taught by their friends or relatives on how to drive.
However, there's a video of an accident that has gone viral on the internet. The whole incident was caught through a DashCam. The driver of the black car was overtaking in a curved double yellow lane along Marcos Hi-way, Tuba, Benguet. We all know the fact that double yellow lane is strictly NO OVERTAKING. The driver of the black car thought that he/she could bravely overtake another car but he/she didn't expect that there was an incoming motorcycle. The two vehicles collided and the motorcycle driver was sent flying on the roof of the black car. The motorcycle driver seems badly hurt and lying down on the ground.
There are no reports yet on the condition of motorcycle driver.
