Action Star Robin Padilla announced on August 1 that his wife Mariel is pregnant and days later, he revealed that Mariel is pregnant with triplets. Everyone was so excited about the good news. As we all know that Mariel lost her first child in a miscarriage in March, when she was eight weeks pregnant.
Robin said that this time, it was more than the blessing that they got from the first pregnancy. Then Robin withdraw from his film project Metro Manila Film Festival movie "Nilalang" with adult video star Maria Ozawa saying that he “needs to attend to his wife who is currently pregnant with triplets.”
Sadly Robin claimed that his wife suffered another miscarriage. They lost their triplets. This was the second miscarriage that Mariel Rodriguez had.
In a text message to Rappler, Betchay Vidanes, Robin's manager confirmed the news.

"We have received a confirmation message from Mr. Robin Padilla regarding the status of their pregnancy.
"It is with such a heavy heart that we are informing you that Ms. Mariel has suffered a miscarriage on August 12, 2015 at 6:30pm and the couple have lost the triplet pregancy.
"On behalf of the couple we would like to ask for you prayers and utmost consideration for the couple's privacy and comfort.
"May the Creator bless them with hope, mercy and joy."
