An ex-inmate named Victorio Principe was jailed in Quezon City Jail in November 2013 for being a courier for a drug group. This is according to Quezon City Local Government.
For him, it is never too late to change for the better and determined to finish his studies. Victorio was an elementary graduate then. He was forced to work in a construction site to help his family to have something to eat every day.
While he was inside the jail, he worked hard and did better. He finished high school with a 99-percent average in the Alternative Learning System (ALS) program equivalency
exam until he was released from prison in June 2015.
Victorio placed 4th among all passers in Quezon City.
