Angel Locsin was seen to be back in the Philippines after undergoing a successful neck operation in Singapore.
Last December, Angel shared her first successful neuro-spine surgery.
Earlier in February, Locsin underwent to her second medical procedure in Singapore.

This Tuesday, February 16, the 30-year-old actress posted a photo in Instagram where she was on a wheel chair and wearing a neck brace.
Even though she is still recovering, Angel still insisted to fly back to the Philippines for the birthday of her father this Wednesday, February 17.
She posted photo and put in her caption:
"Won't miss my daddy's birthday tom! On our way home!"
The father of Angel fetched her at the airport after she arrived this morning.
They happily celebrated the 89th birthday of her dad.
