This video happened in Biñan, Laguna and is going viral as the priest was seen riding a hoverboard while singing a Christmas song in his homily during the Holy Mass.
The said priest was criticized by one group of netizens for making the "Holy Mass" less holy by riding his hoverboard in order to move around the church while the mass is going on.
Another group of netizens agrees with the priest and he is only trying to prove a point that the church is willing to adapt to the changing time and trends while it continues to serve the spiritual need of church goers.
A Facebook user said that if a priest is good in delivering homilies, there is no need for him to use hoverboard because it is distracting. Another user wondered where the priest got the funds to buy a hoverboard.
