The most awaited moment happened on October 3 where Lola Tinidora (portrayed by Jose Manalo), Lola Nidora (as Wally Bayola) and Yaya Dub (as Maine Mendoza) visited Alden Richards and the Dabarkads in Eat Bulaga's Studio.
Lola Tinidora made a grand entrance in dancing "Mambo Number 5" by climbing walls, stairs and owning the stage. After that, Lola Nidora arrived and tour Yaya Dub around the studio. And then the Dabarkads prepared the tables for them.
Lola Nidora then introduced Yaya Dub to the Dabarkads together with Tito, Vic, and Joey. However, Lola Nidora was so worried about the length of the table that will be use by Alden and Yaya Dub.
Then the Dabarkads wants to calm Lol Nidora so the big three, Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey De Leon serenades Lola Nidora with their composed song just for her.
After that, Alden Richards finally show and gave Yaya Dub a basket of dried mangoes and chocolates.
Lola Nidora gave another challenge for Alden. If he win the challenge, he has a chance to sit with Yaya Dub at that table and a chance to shake hands with her.
Finally, Alden won the challenge and able to shake hands with Yaya Dub. Suddenly, Maine Mendoza opened her mouth and used her voice saying:
"Ayoko ng masikip, ayoko ng walang tubig, ayoko ng mabaho, ayoko ng walang pagkain, ayoko ng putik!"
She started singing and had a duet with Alden Richards of the song of "Wish I May"
